Green Audit of The Cochin College: at The Cochin College
The Bhoomitrasena Club and Green Protocol Committee of the Nature Club, in association with IQAC, IIC, and the DBT Star Scheme of The Cochin College, Koovapadam, Kochi-2 conducted Green Audit of The Cochin College. A Report for the period 2023-24,was prepared by planatearth, highlights the institution’s commitment to environmental sustainability. The audit, carried out by a team of experts including Sooraj Abraham, Mujeeb Mohammed, and Rasheed Ashraf from Plan@Earth, Aluva, assesses various eco-friendly practices on campus. It evaluates aspects such as energy consumption, waste management, water conservation, and green initiatives, aiming to enhance the college’s environmental responsibility. This report serves as a vital tool for implementing sustainable policies, fostering ecological awareness, and promoting a greener campus.
