"oru thai nadam" at Sree Narayana College, Chengannur
The Bhoomithra Sena Club of Sree Narayana College Chegnnur organized a programme titled “Plant a Tree – A Sapling for a Friend.” The initiative aimed to promote environmental awareness and encourage students to take an active role in protecting nature.The programme was inaugurated by the College Principal, Dr. Sindhu Prathap. The event was presided over by Sreedevi Gopalakrishnan, Coordinator of the Bhoomithra Sena Club.As part of the programme, students brought saplings and shared them with their friends, symbolizing friendship along with a commitment to environmental protection. Teachers and non-teaching staff also actively participated in the event by distributing saplings to their friends and colleagues.
