Clean Water, Green Nature at KTM COLLEGE OF ADVANCED STUDIES
As part of the World Water Day observation, the Bhoomithrasena Club members of KTM College of Advanced Studies visited Swapnakkundu, a local tourist destination known for its natural water area inside the forest where many people visit for bathing and recreation. The programme aimed to create awareness about water conservation and the need to protect natural water resources from pollution.
During the visit, the BMC members collected a large quantity of plastic waste and other discarded materials from the area and carried out a cleaning drive to restore the cleanliness of the surroundings. The students actively participated in the programme with great enthusiasm and spread the message of protecting water bodies and maintaining ecological balance. The activity helped students understand the importance of preserving natural resources and inspired them to take part in future environmental protection initiatives.
