Brahmagiri Nature Trek at KTM COLLEGE OF ADVANCED STUDIES
BMC in association with the NSS Unit of KTM College of Advanced Studies organized the “Brahmagiri Nature Trek” programme for students. The trekking programme was conducted at the scenic Brahmagiri Hills with the objective of providing students an opportunity to explore the natural beauty, rich biodiversity, and ecological significance of the region through trekking and outdoor activities. The programme enabled students to closely observe the flora, fauna, and serene landscapes of the hills while experiencing the excitement of adventure trekking.
The trek also aimed to promote environmental awareness, physical fitness, teamwork, leadership qualities, and an adventurous spirit among students through direct interaction with nature. Participants actively engaged in the trekking activities with great enthusiasm and cooperation. The programme helped students develop a sense of responsibility towards nature conservation and encouraged them to appreciate the importance of protecting the environment. The event was successful in creating awareness about eco-friendly practices while also providing an enjoyable and memorable learning experience for all participants.
