Local Biodiversity Mapping at St. Joseph's College Moolamattom
A field trip was organised along the Kanjar riverbank trail as part of the activities of the Bhoomitrasena Club and GreenUp Nature Club. The programme included a guided nature walk focusing on the river ecosystem, riparian vegetation, and local flora. Students actively participated in observing, identifying, and documenting plant species and ecological features as part of local biodiversity mapping. The activity provided experiential learning beyond the classroom and encouraged close interaction with the natural environment.
