Devaswom Board College, Thalayolaparambu, the most prominent co-educational institution run by the Travancore Devaswom Board, was established in the year 1965. This College is situated in a place where 82% of the population is below poverty line. The Bhoomithrasena club functions very actively in this college. As part of the activity of the club, different trees and plants are taken care of.
