It also informs them about important wildlife protection laws such as the Wildlife Protection Act, helping them understand their role and responsibility in safeguarding nature. Above all, it seeks to foster a deep appreciation for animals, forests, birds, and ecosystems, inspiring students to become responsible citizens committed to preserving biodiversity for future generations.
- The activities—backwater study tour, mangrove plantation, and beach cleaning drive—aim to create awareness among students about coastal and wetland ecosystems and the importance of protecting natural resources. They help students understand the role of mangroves in preventing coastal erosion, conserving biodiversity, and maintaining ecological balance.
